Membership
1. I/we understand that I/we have applied for indefinite membership to Continent Connections SL and understand the terms of agreement.
2. I/we acknowledge that all details given are correct and will notify Continent Connections SL of any future changes.
3. I/we acknowledge that this membership application will take 14 days to process from the date printed on the front side of this document.I/We acknowledge that the date shown on this agreement is the date to which us the client, paid the membership joining fee to the appointed agent approved by Continent Connections SL. I/we acknowledge that within this period either party may terminate this application. Once the membership application has been signed by us and processed by Continent Connections SL the membership joining fee is non refundable. Your statutory rights are not affected.
4. I/we understand that on receipt of our signed purchase agreement to Continent Connections SL. my/our Membership and membership documentation will be dispatched by 1st class post, directly to me/us.
5. I/we understand that a continued membership to Continent Connections SL is subject to the payment of an annual subscription fee (The current subscription fee is printed on the front side of this contract).
6. I/we understand that Continent Connection SL reserves the right to suspend my/our membership if my/our annual subscription has not been paid.
7. I/We understand that any payments made by us directly to Continent Connections SL are covered by a 14 day cooling off period, and any refunds will be made within 21days of payment.
8. I/we acknowledge that the access to the members section of the website is exclusively for members. I/we acknowledge that it is our responsibility to inform Continent Connections SL if I/we believe that my/our password and user name has been used without my/our permission.
9. I/we understand that the benefits / services are subject to availability and that the suppliers of the benefits / services reserve the right to change the promotions from time to time without due notice.
10. Continent Connection SL endeavours to ensure that my/our membership benefits are available at all times and will continuously strive to provide new services.
11. I/we understand and acknowledge that my/our membership to Continent Connections SL does not provide me with any rights to fixed assets including that of property.
12. I/we acknowledge that the decision to purchase this membership was taken freely, without constraint or pressure.
Services
1. Continent Connections SL have appointed a third party to arrange services and provide travel requirements for their members.
2. Some services supplied by Continent Connections SL have been contracted to specialist third party suppliers to provide the most efficient service for members.
3. I/we understand that any specialist third party suppliers may have their own terms and conditions which I/we will adhere to.
4. Payment is due for all products and/or services upon acceptance. Should I/we provide my/our credit card details for any booking(s)/ services requested I/we understand in the event of cancellation no refund will be made.
5. I/we understand that Continent Connections SL will notify us as soon as possible if any service or product that I/we have requested is not available. Alternative services or products at equal or higher standard may be offered subject to availability but are not obligatory.
6. All product and service descriptions have been approved by the relevant supplier. Continent Connections SL is not responsible for inaccurate or misleading service or product descriptions. Products may differ slightly from the images shown although every effort is made to ensure that all product descriptions are as accurate as possible.
7. Continent Connections SL will endeavour to obtain the best ticket(s) and premium seat(s) for any events. There may be an extra cost for special tickets.
8. In the event of cancellations directly by either the artist or promoter, only the return of the face value of the tickets will be refunded.
9. Tickets will be dispatched by courier. Continent Connections SL or the ticket agent is not liable for any failure by the courier to deliver your tickets.
10. Continent Connections SL or its ticket agent partners reserve the right to offer free upgrades at no additional cost, to downgrade tickets offering a partial refund or to cancel offering a full refund.
11. I/we understand that every effort will be made to obtain my/our selected destinations and occupation dates. However it is understood that alternative accommodation and travel arrangements may be offered subject to seasonal availability.
12. I/we acknowledge that Continent Connections SL reserves the right to withdraw any of the services at any time.
13. I/We acknowledge that Continent Connections SL operate a duty of care policy and promise a 2 working day response time to client’s enquiries.
14. Calls to Continent Connections SL may be monitored or recorded for training purposes.
Liability
1. Continent Connections SL warrants that it shall use its best endeavours to provide the services with reasonable care and attention and, as far as is possible, will accord to your request.
2. Where Continent Connections SL supplies you with any products or services provided by a third party, Continent Connections SL will be acting as your agent in connection therewith and will use its utmost care in selecting the supplier and ensuring the products or services are provided in accordance with your request.
3. Continent Connections SL does not accept liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access its website.
4. Continent Connections SL shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation arising from requests or instructions supplied by you which are incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate or arising from their late arrival or non-arrival, or any other fault of yours.
5. Continent Connection SL shall not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of Continent Connections SL obligations in relation to the services, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Continent Connections SL reasonable control.
6. Continent Connections SL may vary these Terms and Conditions from time to time and will notify you of any changes in a timely manner. Notification will be by some or all of the following methods: Continent Connections SL newsletter ,Website, E-mail or Post
7. Continent Connections SL will not be liable for any fees payable for holiday ownerships or maintenance fees.
